Our Imprinted, Personalized Ribbon (Continuous Message)

Q: What is "continuous print" ribbon?
A: Continuous print ribbon is ribbon that has custom text (that you provide) printed repeatedly across the ribbon with approximately 1" of space between prints (print is defined as the entire message).

Q: Do you also offer imprinted favor ribbon that ONLY has text on the ends of a ribbon strip (such as that can be used around a bottle)?
A: We currently do not offer this.

Q: What is the minimum order?
A: Our imprinted ribbon (continuous message) is sold in 10-yard increments for $18.90.

Q: What type of ribbon material do you use?
A: We used high-quality 5/8" wide double-faced satin ribbon that is available in 12 lovely colors. All of our ribbons are doubled-faced satin ribbon.

Q: Do you offer any other types of imprinted ribbon in any other widths other than 5/8"?
A: We offer only 5/8" width satin ribbon at this time.

Q: How long can my saying be?
A: Your saying can contain up to 34 spaces. Each capital letter and the "&" sign counts for 2 spaces. Lower case letters count as one space. Please note that slashes ( / ) and quotation marks ( " ) are currently not available. Some examples follow:

Q: How should I format a date on my imprinted ribbon?
A: Please note that slashes ( / ) are currently not available, so please format your dates fully written out (December 31, 2008), with dots (12.31.08) or with dashes (12-31-08).

Q: Can I have an emblem printed on my imprinted ribbon like a heart or doves?
A: We do not offer emblems at this time.

Q: What font (text) styles and sizes are available?
A: All text for our continuous print ribbons are printed in Goudy Cursive font, 18 pt

Q: How many imprints for the message "Alex & Johanna 07.17.09" are on a 10-yard roll?
A: It is very difficult for us to estimate this for you. We suggest you purchase the minimum quantity of imprinted ribbon with your particular message so that you can determine this for yourself.

Q: Are there any recommendations as to what foil colors to use for a specific color ribbon?
A: We recommend using a dark foil on a light colored ribbon, and a light colored foil on a dark colored ribbon. If you prefer something different that is fine as this is your own custom creation.

Q: Can I get a sample of imprinted ribbon before I make a purchase?
A: If you would like a sample of imprinted ribbon sent to you, you can request this on our Samples Ordering Page. Please let us know the ribbon color and text color you are interested in and we will do our best to match your sample request.

Q: What is your turnaround after I place my imprinted ribbon order?
A: Orders are completed within 5 -10 business days. Add to this the transit time it takes for your order to be delivered to you by UPS. If you have an urgent need for imprinted ribbon, please email us with your request.

Q: Are my imprinted ribbons refundable?
A: Because these are custom-made orders, they are not refundable. If we make an error on your imprinted ribbons, we will either reprint them at no cost to you or give you a refund at your request after you have returned the ribbons back to us.

Q: Are you going to add other imprinted items to your website?
A: We currently offer a wide variety of custom favor tags and hang tags and custom labels. We also have plans to add additional imprinted items, so please check back often.
