Payment Options For Orders
Orders made through our secure website can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or PAYPAL through our online order processing. We are unable to accept payment by cash, money orders or personal checks.
We are not able to ship our products to Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Armed Forces (Americas, Pacific or Europe), Canada, and Overseas.
Credit card safety is a high priority at Sophie's Favors and Gifts. Online ordering using our shopping cart system on our web site is safe because it resides on a secure server. The secure server encrypts all of your personal information that you input in our online order forms.
Sophie's Favors and Gifts will never sell or provide other companies with your personal contact information or company information.
Right To Refuse Service
Sophie's Favors and Gifts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your order if you return it in its original condition/packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the products. Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery of your returned product(s) to our facility for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be the price you paid for your order minus shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee. All shipping costs to return the items to Sophie's Favors and Gifts are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable. Please send the unused items back to us at the following address: Attn.: Returns, Sophie's Favors and Gifts, 875A Island Drive, #154, Alameda, CA 94502 USA. Please be sure to include a copy of your Order or Sales Receipt so that we know which order is being returned.
How To Check If Your Refund Has Been Processed:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted to your credit card statement. If you’ve done this and your refund still hasn't posted to your credit card account, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will look into it further.
Defective or Damaged Goods
We make every effort to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to exchange an item for a different item on your website, kindly return the original item for a refund (following the refund instructions above), and then order the new item from our website.
Refused / Returned Shipments
If you have moved or if you refuse delivery of the shipment, and the item(s) are returned back to us, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the products less a 10% restocking fee and less the shipping charges for your order.
Shipment With Missing Items
Customers have up 7 days after receipt of the shipment to notify us of any missing items in the shipment.
Delivery Address Corrections After Order Has Been Shipped
If a customer wants to re-route the package to another address while the shipment is in transit, please contact us at email@example.com immediately so that we can try to have the shipment intercepted and re-routed. If the delivery company is not able to intercept the package early enough, and delivery is attempted at the original shipping address and is not accepted by anyone at that address, the package will be returned to us. We will then process a refund to you per the Refund Policy stated above.
Sophie's Favors and Gifts is an online retailer. All orders for our products are done through our website. We do not have a store where customers can come to browse and purchase items.
We do not have a catalog to send to customers at this time. All products can be viewed on our website.
