Q: What kinds of favor labels do you offer?
A: We offer six types of personalized adhesive labels.The white circular labels (1.67" in diameter with a semi-gloss finish) are very versatile and can be used on top of our round favor tins or can be applied to wedding invitations, favor boxes, gift bags, gift envelopes, wedding CD covers, gift bottles, thank you notes, and other types of party favor or gift packaging. The white envelope seals (1.10" in diameter with a semi-gloss finish) are decorated with colorful illustrations, popular greetings, and custom monograms. We offer a wide variety of colorful envelope seals that will accentuate invitations, thank you notes, favors, and more! The Square Tin Labels and the Round Tin Labels were made to be wrapped around the side of our square tins (6 5/8" wide x 2 1/8" tall) and our round tins (6 3/4" wide x 7/8" tall). Sophie's Favors is pleased to offer these customizable labels for the round and square tin in a variety of colors and styles. The CD Cover labels are large square adhesive labels that were made to be adhered to the front of our CD Covers and measure 4 7/8"w x 4 7/8"h. These versatile personalized labels can be applied to CD Covers, larger favor boxes, invitations, etc. Sophie's Favors is pleased to offer these favor labels in a variety of lovely designs. Finally, the rectangular address labels, which measure 2.375"W x 1.00"H, can add the perfect finishing touch to your stationary envelopes, birth announcements, bridal shower invitations, thank you cards, wedding invitations, and other special types of correspondence. You can use these as personalized address labels, return address labels, family address labels, wedding invitation address labels, and more. They can also be adapted to be used for wedding and party favors, particularly on our 2-piece ballotin boxes. We offer these lovely custom address labels in a variety of colors and designs.
Q: Do you have any ideas on how these adhesive labels can be used?
A: These personalized adhesive labels can be used in many ways -- with other types of party favor and gift packaging, with birthday invitations, around favor bottles or jars, on wedding programs, wedding CD covers, christmas stocking stuffers, favor bags or gift envelopes, wedding invitations, and more.
Q: Can you make a custom sized label that is not currently offered on your website?
A: No
Q: Do your customized labels stick onto items or do you have to glue them on?
A: All of our custom labels have adhesive backing.
Q: What colors are available for your custom printed labels?
A: It depends on the type of custom label you are purchasing, but generally most of our custom labels are available in 18 popular colors as follows: aqua blue, red, brown, celadon, plum, gray, dark green, light pink, navy blue, lavender, black, hot pink, light blue, chestnut, orange, lime, yellow, and wine.
Q: I have an image (in the form of a .jpg file) that I would like to have printed on one of your custom adhesive labels…can you do this?
A: No, we are unable to print your special images onto our labels at this time.
Q: Can you print a color onto a personalized label that is not listed on your website?
A: No
Q: Can you print a custom label but with a different color text (besides white or black)?
A: Please email us at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com with your request and we will get back to you on whether or not we can do this for you.
Q: I want to buy personalized labels from you but need them ASAP for a party this weekend…how quick is your turnaround on custom labels?
A: We normally handle custom label orders within 24-48 hours. This with and expedited shipping, it is very possible that we can meet your urgent deadline. When ordering, you can select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver depending on your urgent need.
Q: I would like to have a different font printed on my personalized labels…can you do it?
A: In most cases, we offer three fonts (Shelley Andante, French script, and Venetian) for our personalized labels. Please refer to the applicable label product web page for further information.
Q: Is it possible to get a sample of your adhesive labels so that I can see the quality and check the colors for myself?
A: Yes…please email us at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com asking for complimentary adhesive labels to be sent to you. Please include the size, type, and color of label(s) you are interested in receiving and we will mail you samples free of charge.
Q: Can you send me a free sample of one of your personalized labels with my particular wording on it?
A: No. Since these are free samples we will do our best to match the size, type, and color of the customized label you are interested in, however, the text on the custom label will be sample text for your reference.
Q: I’ve received my personalized label order and it looks great…however, I neglected to request the event date to be put on the label. Can you redo them for me?
A: You are welcome to place a subsequent order with your corrected text and we will process it accordingly for the standard charges for the product.
Q: I’ve received my imprinted labels but now I’ve decided to use something else….can I return these for a refund?
A: Since these are custom printed orders, you cannot return these for a refund.
Q: I’ve received my wedding labels but found that you made a mistake on the bride’s name…can I return these to have them fixed?
A: Absolutely. We strive to be as accurate as possible when doing personalized labels, but if have discovered that we have made an error, please contact us immediately and we will work to correct the error in a prompt manner.
Q: After I place my order, can you send me a proof of the personalized label for review?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer proofs on personalized label orders.
Q: I love your wedding labels but have not settled on my wording yet. Can I purchase blank labels from you that I can run through my printer?
A: Unfortunately our favor labels are on spools so we are unable to send you sheets that you can run through your printer.
Q: How often do you add new label designs? I love your designs and an eager to see more!
A: We add new label designs continuously throughout the year so please check back often! If you would like to make a suggestion, we would love to hear it...just email us your ideas at sophiesfavors@hotmail.com and we will do our best to introduce new designs that you are interested in seeing.
