We
are located in San Leandro, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Can I pick up my order or come in to place my order in person?
We
are strictly a mail-order business and do not allow for customer pick ups. Please place your order through our website.

Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
We
do not have a print catalog at this time. All of our products can be viewed on
our website.

Do you accept overseas orders (orders shipped outside of North America, such as
to the UK, Australia, etc.)?
If you want to order our products but need them sent to an overseas location, we require that you have a U.S. address where we can ship the products, who can then ship the items to you overseas. To help facilitate this, we have partnered with MyUS.com. Once you have signed up for an account with MyUS.com, you will receive your own U.S. street address to receive merchandise. MyUS.com provides specialized international package forwarding services from your new U.S. address to your international address.
14. Can you send me a price list of your products?
All of the prices for our products are on our website.
15. How can I return some items from my order and exchange them for something else on your website?
Please return the items to us at our address at the top of the sales receipt or packing slip that came with your package, Attn.: Exchanges, Sophie's Favors LLC, 1271 Washington Av. No. 417, San Leandro, CA 94577, USA. Also, put a note in the package as to what you want to exchange the items for. We will then email you w ith the additional cost (or refund, as applicable) + the shipping cost to send out the new items for your approval. Upon your approval, we will ship out the new items.
16. Do you accept other forms of payment, such as Paypal, personal checks, etc.?
Sorry, we only accept payment for orders by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do not accept Paypal or personal checks.
17. Once I place my order through your website, can I track the shipping of the package online?
Once your order ships out, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking # for your package, which you can then go onto the UPS.com website to track your order. Or, you can go to our online order tracking page to track your order.
