Because this is a custom cake top, it is non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME: The manufacturer needs 7 calendar days to make your custom cake top BEFORE it ships out.

SHIPPING TIME: Once the manufacturer has finished making your custom cake top, the manufacturer will ship the item directly to you by UPS Ground which may take up to 7 days to reach you.
